   I have sad news: Joe Delahaye, RC12, passed away on September 24th from    
   cancer.

   Joe and I didn't always see eye-to-eye on things but he was a good man and    
   sysop, as well as a fellow amateur radio operator (his callsign was VE3JFD).   
      
   Rest in peace, Joe.  You will be missed.
