   for the above tasks you list, i use GIGO and souper... souper pulls the news   
   into .bag files and has its own killfile... the GIGOSMTP package allows for   
   sending and receiving emails... everything then goes through GIGO for   
   conversion to PKTs for fastecho to toss into the message bases...   
   unfortunately i don't think there's a winwhatever flavor of GIGO or its   
   tools...

   you registered your RA at v0.04 when you were 1:11/60 but you'll have to   
   contact the new owner, bruce morse, to get him to reissue your key... i cannot
