   Mystic does (if you want it too) and it works a treat. Synchronet has an ip.can   
   and IIRC an ip-silent.can that you can add troublsome IPs to.   
      
   I'm not sure if Syncronet can auto add ip's to either of those files since I'm   
   not quite up on all of that yet.
