   where that was coming from is that some package, some many years back, came up   
   with a method of importing the backbone.na file directly into the bbs system   
   to configure all the message areas... that led to systems with improper   
   security with regard to sysop only and other similar type areas (aka regional   
   only, zonal only, net only, etc)... that led to ""leaking"" of certain areas   
   and those areas are still leaking today because no one has gone back and   
   "FixedTheirShit" ;) kinda like those bbs-in-a-box archives... unzip it,   
   change one or two things and hey! you're a sysop!
