To: Netsurge       On 10-05-12, Netsurge said the following...               Ne> Gr> This is a valid point. I like that Frank has made the php scripts to re       Ne> Gr> the Mystic data files and to be able to put them your website. The rea       Ne> Gr> I don't use them on my website is because I don't want to have it be a       Ne> Gr> surrogate for actually logging into my BBS.       Ne>        Ne> And putting your message bases up isn't? I don't know about you, but the       Ne> bulk of my callers call for the message bases and the games, not to check       Ne> how long the system has been up or who called last.              Honestly, I put the message bases on my webite because I wanted a way to       read them from work. I can't log in from work because of all the firewalls       they put up. I can read the messages via html on my phone.              I've been playing with the various flash term programs to put them on the       site to allow for callers to telnet in, but so far it hasn't been working       out.              pq gryphon       88 of       bd cyberia              --- Mystic BBS v1.10 A20 (Linux)        * Origin: Cyberia BBS | Cyberia.Darktech.Org | Kingwood, TX (1:106/9999)              --- Internet Rex 2.29        * Origin: The gateway at Diskshop BBS (1:250/8.1)    |
