   The top of the actually php has the instructions in the comments.  It's quite   
   easy if you already have a php powered page.   
      
   you need to include the php file in the page you want to display the onlinerz   
   like so:   
      
      
      
   Then on the page you actually want to show the onelinerz issue the onelinerz   
   function like this:
