   Yes, you can do this with echomail as a user, Rudi .. all a user has to do   
   is use the mark set command (m s #).. Then download the qwk file as normal    
      
   You're right though, this is not the same as doing %rescan on the mailer for   
   downlinks... You would probably have to study the structures in bbbs that Kim   
   puts in the bbbs/misc directory to figure out how to do that..
