   I think you need to put in your /bbbs/htdocs directory but I'm not sure. If it   
   were me trying this, I would put it in that directory, then if that didn't   
   work, I would try putting it in the /bbbs directory.

   Check the spacing in the filedirg.000 file.  I had to adjust that file so that   
   the spaces between the fields matched the first line in the file, like:   
      
   /                        /home/bbbs/pub                    Root directory   
   |-----------------------|--------------|-------------------|
