Hi,   
   If I have a node that i'm trying to send crashmail to, and I have it setup in   
   external.bbb as such.. how do I get it to send, because at this point it isn't   
   sent right away. All flags indicate to send it as crash. On the bbbs screen it   
   says "ok, node poll", but doesn't send.
