   I've thought about writing a client-server based tagline management   
   program that would allow people to submit taglines via email and the   
   system then adds them to the database.  then when the client is run, it   
   connects to the tagline server and snags one from there.  Of course, the   
   only TCP/IP programming I know how to do is in PowerBASIC :)
