   Hmm.. I think Kim put out a bug fix version for Windows binkp.. AFAIK, it's   
   only available for registered users though.. I could be wrong about that.   
      
   Kim also mentioned once that if you had trouble connecting with some binkp   
   mailers, you should add the flags RD to the ST area in external.bbb's node   
   section.  So for say crash st, it would be CRD instead of just C.  I'm not   
   sure if that's what he fixed in the bug fix version.
