   I include an event to toss file echos, using bbbs btick when tics arrive in my   
   inbound..   
      
   Also you could include nodelist updating in your batch.. If you get the   
   nodediff and want to incorporate it into your nodelist, you could include   
   something like the following:   
      
   cd /home/bbbs   
   num=`date +%j --date=Friday   
   pick=`expr substr $num 2 3   
   ./bbbs bndiff   
   rm /home/bbbs/nodelist/nodediff.a$pick ./bbbs bnc   
      
      
   I get the Julian date with the Linux date command and store it in $pick above.   
   There are other ways you could remove the exist nodediff.a?? file of course.   
      
   You could make a filelist in your batch as well, with ./bbbs blist files.lst,   
   or whatever
