   That's what I am looking to do.  However, I have modified (via bzscript) the   
   login sequence to at least display the bulletin menu during login which DOES   
   show new and updated bulletins, which is one of the things I want.  I just   
   need to trick out my login script some more to show additional files if I need   
   to :)
