   Not much of a firewall if most of the ports are open? It's like leaving the   
   door wide open with the key turned around? If the firewall is the issue, it   
   can easily be tested by turning it off all togehter )just for the testing). On   
   my system it does not work even on a direct connection on the inside of my   
   firewall, so I may have a different issue then yours (and I really don't care   
   anyway, since run a different ftp server on port 21)
