   The reason he says it is not dangerous is because you are in this case, only   
   opening up those ports to receive, not to send.   
      
   Now, yes, if someday you get a trojan on your system, and that trojan listens   
   on one of those ports, then you might have some trouble.. but I would think   
   that's true with any port one opens.  Just my take on this..
