   Just thinking Rudi.. I think inet.bbb is only for the users on your bbs.. say   
   like you have a user on the bbs who wants to use the command ftp from the Main   
   Menu.. that kind of thing would be controlled with inet.bbb (if you wanted to   
   limit it's use to a group of bbs users, etc.).   
      
   Now, the problem you are having with BBBS's web server maybe could be caused   
   by a firewall?  Do you have one running on your windows xp computer?  Did you   
   tell the firewall to allow ftp and the web server on the ports you picked to   
   use for these?
