DM> No, it is not your module's responsibility to update bbs.new_file_time.

With ddfilelister set up as a loadable module, it seems bbs.new_file_time
isn't being updated when I do a new file scan. As a test, I tried setting my
new file scan pointer back to January 1, 2024 (to make sure it was at an
earlier time), and did a couple of new file scans in my current directory.
ddfilelister prints bbs.new_file_time, and both times, it showed the January
1, 2024 date I had set and listed the same files.
