Hi all,   
      
   One of my users asked me this today, so I figured it was time to get some   
   details out for everyone.   
      
   > Is your dialup number going to change when you move?   
   > What will the new number be?   
   > Is there likely to be any down time for the BBS,   
   > or will you manage to remain up and running all the time?   
      
   It's hard to say right now much in the way of details, but yes we will have a   
   new phone number at our new location.   
      
   Details so far that are known:   
      
   We will close on the new house on Thursday, June 28th, 2012.  We'll still own   
   this house in Windsor NY at that point, but will be selling it "at some point"   
   soon.   
      
   We will not be moving in that day.   
      
   We set up today an account with Time-Warner Cable for two new phone lines   
   (voice and BBS) and 35M internet connection (MUCH better than here at   
   'mostly-not' 10M ).  I don't know what the new phone numbers will be right   
   now.   
      
   That account should be active July 6th, 2012 but we may not be moved in there   
   just then.   
      
   The seller of the house plans to be out between July 6th-July 9th... on   
   Thursday, June 28th at closing, we should have a better idea of the day we can   
   start the "big push" .   
      
   I won't disconnect the BBS here until I have to .. I'm honestly not sure right   
   now when that will be, but I will for sure be able to let everyone know.   
      
   For internet connections of course, my domain at filegate.net will get changed   
   to the new IP address set up as soon as I think it's feasible.   
      
   Now we just have to hope all goes as planned :)
