   I have a 32 bit Windows tool (made for me back in 1997) that can do that. It   
   reads the BBBS userdatabase and can list a lot of data, also export the full   
   or partly the database file to txt format. It works on any Windows system,   
   (tested it just before I wrote this message on my Win 10 system). If you are   
   interested let me know.
