   Ok, file received here and it's been sent out to Jame Clay in the BBBSHTCH   
   file echo.   
      
   That is the 'backchannel' area for the bbbs FDN.   
      
   What happens with that is that over here, files can come in from any of my   
   downlinks, and only go out to Jame.  Jame then sends the file out in BBBSUTIL   
   :)   
      
   So right now, the file is on it's way to Jame :)
