   Hi Steve,

   > Is BBBS capable of running 16 bit or 32 bit doors? I see no mention of door
   > games anywhere in the documentation.

I run the Linux version, and it can run doors.. I've had some luck with a
versions of a few native Linux doors like Pimp Wars (totally dumb Lol),
Darkland, and Timeport.. they work locally at least and I _think_ they work
remotely . I've also gotten a number of doors working that were written in
   BBBS's built-in language like Worm, BZRobots, Star101 (break-out game),
Linewars2, Van Race, and one that lets users 'Gamble to add to your TimeBank'.
I had to modify some of these to work, way back but nothing monumental. I
picked up the originals on Kim's site, http://www.bbbs.net/

To add doors, you have to modify two files, bbbs/main/doormenu (that's the
list of doors the user sees), and also bbbs/scripts/opendoor.bz - once you've
modified opendoor.bz, then you need to run bzc opendoor.bz to create
   opendoor.bzb (executible).

I think the doors should work under the Windows and OS/2 versions, but I'm not
sure... At the least, the bbbs internal language coded doors ought to work.

I've got the opendoor.bz file creating various drop files like dorinfo,
   door32.sys, door.sys...

   Hope this helps :)

   Take care,
   Janis
