   did you edit this file and add that 432 entry with a UTF-8 editor? i see two   
   characters 'Ã' (0xc3) 'ª' (0xaa) at the beginning of that vkradio line instead   
   of the one '^' (caret - 0x5e) ... looking at a UTF-8 chart, 0xc3aa is the ˆ "e   
   with a roof top" instead of just the "roof top" which is just the caret   
   (shift-6 above the letters)...   
      
      
   BTW: my system has been trying to poll your's since yesterday when i read   
   wilfred's message to you about this problem... my system is currently using   
   "bbs.tonyuk.online" from the nodelist which resolves to "173.212.204.188" but   
   all i get is timeouts...
