|    Message Editor Line Length?    |
|    28 Feb 16 08:13:12    |
Hello There,              Another question? Is there an option in BBBS to set the HTML message editor       line length in BBBS? I am asking because when I author a message as I am doing       now then read the posted message elsewhere the actual length of the line in       the message is quite different. Here in the HTML editor as I write this       message the line length appears to be about 75 characters in length. But when       I read an authored message elsewhere each line is seemingly only limited by       the width of the screen. I have tried using [Enter] to end each line written       at a desired length. But that seems to have no effect on the line length when       the message is read. I have tried reading the same message from different       remote locations using different message readers but the results seem to be       the same. Using Golded to read a message remotely that is created by the BBBS       HTML editor has a displayed line length of 150 characters. Only the text       entered by the BBBS message editor has a line length of 150. All other quoted       text is about 75 characters. I understand that this may not apply when using       the regular BBS editor when logged in via telnet. Is there a setting to change       line length/word wrap or this a non-configurable item. If so... How hard would       it be to be configurable?                     Jeff              --- BBBS/Li6 v4.10 Dada-2        * Origin: The OuijaBoard - Anoka, MN (1:282/1031)    |
