   The file INET.BBB seems to deal with access to outbound use of BBBS services   
   by users. And alias use thereof. It does deal with blocked domains and IP's   
   though.   
      
   Not sure if I got the syntax right though for the TRASHCAN file which blocks   
   the use of unallowable login names.
