   Right, you might have some better clues than I how to help   
   Bill then.  I'm not familiar enough to be of any real useful assistance to   
   him, although I tried to give him some   
   pointers toward basics.  HIs query was vague enough that I   
   wasn't quite sure what he's really after here.
