`fringe science'
`Fringe science is any field of scientific enquiry which represents a
significant departure from orthodox theories or bodies of work.
So....posting ON-TOPIC messages in the `Fringe Science' echo gets me banned
from the echo. Did I get that right?

It is a topic that is being touted as `settled science'. It is claimed that
a `concensus' of scientists say it's real. It isn't.
