     Which bit that he's said?  The bit that it's foolish for naive and   
   undeveloped in spacefaring a race as our own to be broadcasting to the stars?    
   I haven't heard anything that he's said about Ceres in particular just yet.  No   
   doubt I'll have to do a websearch as soon as my computer is done swapping here.   
     Or did he have to say something also about the likelihood of a race trying to   
   contact our own?  I can't remember which one it was that said it, but I find   
   some credence with the thought that any race available to travel interstellarly   
   would probably take a look at what we're doing and say "Yeah, no, let's   
   consider this a flyover system," if not "Hey, all they're doing is killing each   
   other, we can put these resources to much better use!"
