   Are they saying here that the Aurora Borealis, aka Northern Lights is now   
   eminating from these northern states, or are they saying that the AB   
   phenomina is observable from those states?   
      
    i.e. when I lived in N Illinois, the AB phenom was an everyday-summer   
   evening-event. IOW, no big deal.
