If anyone is wondering what happened to the NASA articles I post here as much   
   as I am, I've been receiving the following from their site for several months,   
   even though I have been a subscriber for many years:   
       
   The Science@NASA list is being upgraded. It is currently unavailable but will   
   be back soon!   
       
   I got the last article from them on 31 May, 2016 and I had to go to the site   
   to get it.  Evidently the list I was on was purged and the fact that nobody is   
   doing anything about it is a little troublesome, but I'm not going to lose any   
   sleep over it and neither should you.   
       
   Coming soon to a rocket near you:   
       
   A Xenon-Ion propulsion engine -- top speed 90,000 MPH!
