   I see.  However, my main interest in updating the area listing is in the   
   ELIST.  That's where the latest info is.  I don't know who does the updating   
   of BACKBONE.NA, but it is wrong.  I routinely post the updates in the echo   
   when I submit them and the robot replies.  To wit:

   The above is an old one, but this hasn't been what you quoted below for many,   
   many years.  This is an echo where I post Space Weather and artricles I   
   receive from NASA and nothing more.  Note the absense of the word "Fringe".  I   
   got away from that stuff years ago.
