   A long time ago, in a city not so far away (from me anyway), a coworker    
   started ranting about government and the 1st war in Irag. There was a    
   election soon and I said something about if he was this upset, he just    
   needed to vote.   
      
   He then announced dramatically, that he had never voted, wasn't    
   registered, and would never vote...   
      
   He was kind of irritating, so I just looked at him and said he couldn't    
   complain then.
