   Well, "overrun" *is* a word with negative connotations.  To use an example    
   close to home for you, wouldn't you say that Disney World is *overrun* with    
   tourists?  Even so, that's not a reflection on the individual tourists.   Or    
   the place itself.  It's not saying the tourists are *bad*, to say that there    
   are a lot of them.
