When it comes to different types of BBQ the and beat the or       every time.              But there's no need for going to the native locale. I've had Philly       cheesesteak in Pasadena, CA that was as good as the ones in       Philadelphia, PA.              > There might be some decent barbecue in NYC... It just isn't a native       food there just like so many other excellent food types available there.       Those unbelievably good BBQ ducks hanging in the window of some places       in Chinatown definitely count as good BBQ and I've had it in Manhattan.       But I've also had the same recipe in the Chinatown near downtown       Chicago and it's just as good here.              > You want to take him out in NYC, you take him to a proper deli and get him a        > corned beef sammich with a big-ass kosher pickle!              Better still pastrami. And some of that native recipe clam chowder       with the assorted veggies in it. Fabulous.       --- SBBSecho 2.12-Win32        * Origin: Time Warp of the Future BBS - Home of League 10 (1:14/400)    |
