   Just an update to this, "Cirkus Columbia" has been announced as Bosnia   
   and Herzegovina's official entry into the Foreign Language Film   
   Category at the Oscars.    
   It is an excellent film, I saw it twice at TIFF, and would love to see   
   it again.
