   Were they?  I didn't see much writing.  Staid dialogue used to punctuate an    
   hour of dizzy-cam action, dripping with testosterone, set to a soundtrack    
   that gave me a headache.

   Yeah, I get that.  But it... just didn't work for me.   
   It was just WAY over the top!!!

   ...or CSI: Oahu...  Agreed!  But I was hoping for more of a happy medium.   
      
   It was only the pilot.  As we saw with Legend of the Rangers, networks tend    
   to want the pilots to have too much too much.  We'll see how it works once    
   the actors have some time to settle into their characters, and the writers    
   find some formulae that work.   
      
   Let's see how they do with the story arc they set up.   
      
   Oh, and VERY bummed that they killed off William Sadler.
