   Used to have some NYC colleagues who regarded the Hudson as the western    
   boundary of civilization...  I got so annoyed with their attitude after a    
   while, that I started booking them in crappy hotels when they came to    
   Chicago for trade shows.  But because I had to eat dinner with them, we    
   always went to MY favorite spots... e.g. places where the pizza needs to be    
   eaten with a fork and knife, or the steaks need to be eaten with a backhoe.
