   Never been to Troy.  And my post leaves Buffalo in the midwest, where   
   it belongs.  (People forget that if you lowered the average level of   
   lake Erie by about 15 feet, New York would share a border with Ohio.   
   Hence my reference to the Hudson river as the western boundary of "New   
   York")
