Hi.  I suspect I know the answer to this, given that it's been four   
   years since the last issue, but given that it was published under Icon   
   and is supposed to be creator owned, is there any chance of seeing   
   more Book of Lost Souls stories in the future?  It was something I   
   really enjoyed.
