   Not yet.  Universal (NBC's parent) didn't have any comment on the DCTV   
   logo animation from several years ago:

   DCTV has been using the peacock-style logo with the dragon head for a   
   long time though (look in the corner of any of the bumps).   
      
   There was even a LiveJournal question several years ago copying the bump   
   format from Adult Swim, and it was answered with a bump. :-)
