I want to keep Crusade itself separate, as it is a separate story than
the original series and related movies in the box sets. If ACtA goes
with B5, then I'd personally put it somewhere between Objects At Rest
and In The Beginning, after River is as good a place as any, I'd have
to double check for when that happens. ACtA takes place four years
after Objects At Rest. (Opening scene specified five years after the
creation of the Alliance, which was between Into The Fire in s4 and No
   Compromises in s5.)
