Andrew Swallow wrote to rec.arts.sf.tv.babylon5.moderated Subject: Show       Babylon 5 on TV               AS> On September 2, 2013 JMS wrote on his Facebook channel
AS> To the online backinh and forthing...some hard facts. Casual viewers can't stumble across it while channel        AS> surfing. (As we all know, after Trek was canceled for poor ratings,        AS> it found its audience in syndication.) So in answer to the photo        AS> below, either WB has to be convinced to release the show somewhere,        AS> or a network like Syfy or Chiller or another along those lines has        AS> to be prompted to pick it up. If not, quite honestly, and without        AS> any way to add new viewers, the show will eventually slide into        AS> obscurity. This ain't something I can do, or even directly        AS> participate in. It's up to the fans now.
I don't belong to them, but isn't Babylon 5 and Crusade available from       NETFLIX?                     I went for the DVDs so I can watch it whenever I want to. Currently a       friend of mine and I am watching DS9 which also has never been picked up       for sundication. We are up to season 4 disc 5 and he has discs 6 and       7 now to watch. Then he gives them to me I watch them and send them       back and two more come. I expect that at the speed he gets them and       we watch them we'll finish the whole 7 years by the by the end of the       year.              After that it will be time for me to pick up B5 and watch it through again,       (I have all the years plus the movies, plus the Lost Tales). My friend       wants to watch B5 so I'll lend him my set to go through.              After that we may do Crusade from NETFIX but that's a quickie since it       only ran one season, (and I thought was not as good as B5).              TOS, TNG, VOY and Enterprise all run on TV somewhere so we can look at       that when we want.              I don't watch B5, then watch it again and again ECT. I put it down for       some time then go though it again and let it rest. This will be about       the fourth time I've been fully though the DVDs since it went off TV.                       -=> Al Kaiser n1api@cox.net <=-              Works for me!              Al Kaiser - Meriden, CT, 14-Nov-2013 at 9:46.       Fido : 1:142/926 - Internet : n1api@cox.net              .!.
