|    "The Illusion of Truth"    |

One of my favorite episodes of "Babylon 5" is "The Illusion of Truth",       which I remember didn't poll so well in a list of favorite episodes       among fans for that season. I loved the irony in it though, and I       remember laughing my butt off while watching it because of all the       intentional distortions and lies that were told as a part of the in-       depth INS supposed "News" report. The audacity of it all was just so       darn hilarious, especially the way the report closes by pointing out       that Sheridan's father's house was burned to the ground under       mysterious circumstances, with his father still missing.              So I've decided to watch this episode again sometime over the next few       days in honor of the "open mic" incident (see Link below) that       occurred yesterday when the press was coordinating how to sandbag       presidential candidate Mitt Romney rather than focusing on the actual       news at hand (that being the attack on our Embassy in Libya and the       resulting death of our Ambassador and three other Americans). I can       think of no better way to celebrate the actions of our sleazeball       mainstream press than by watching this episode in their honor.              "MSM Reporters Caught on Open Mic Planning Attack on Romney"       http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/2012/09/12/Mainstream-Media-Ca       ught-Coordinating-Attack-on-Romney-Open-Mic-NBC-Time-New-York-Times       --- SBBSecho 2.14-Win32        * Origin: Time Warp of the Future BBS - Home of League 10 (1:340/400)    |
