       Well, Narns did supply weapons to Earth Alliance during the Earth-Minbari   
   war. It's my understanding, that despite this, EA had closer relations to   
   Centauri than Narn. So, it might be result of disapointment, when EA in return   
   was not very supportive to Narn.
