Tonight Chuck McCann is appearing at the Kravis Center for the
Performing Arts in West Palm Beach ("The Poor Man's Kennedy Center")
along with actress/impressionist Louise DuArt as part of the "Tim
Conway & Friends" tour. Unfortunately they're only doing the one
night, and it doesn't fit into either my schedule or my budget.
   (Well, I could spring for a $20 rear-balcony nose-bleed section seat,
but the good ones are too pricey.) Only heard about the show
yesterday or I might have been able set aside a few bucks and move
dinner with my cousins to another night. *sigh* Conway kills when
he's on a roll (Google "siamese elephants" to see the video of a
classic "Carol Burnett Show" sketch) and I haven't seen McCann perform
in years. (He's another one I saw live once in New York, back when
dinosaurs still roamed Central Park. )
   Regards,
   Joe
