   On this point, we can agree.   
      
   There are a lot of stories around the reason for the name, but nobody has the    
   definitive answer.  Funny thing, in the Wikipedia article for it, they do    
   show Fox's U-Bet...but it looks wrong to me because they also show a    
   two-liter (modern, plastic) bottle of seltzer.  In my mind, you need a heavy    
   blue-glass bottle with the metal shpritzer at the top.  The kind the seltzer    
   man used to deliver in the big wooden crates.  :-)   
      
   I mean, I'd still drink an egg cream today.  But they definitely aren't the    
   same without the REAL seltzer.
