   I'll have to check out the book.  In addition to stuff in high school   
   and college, I did  two seasons with a local Shakespeare Festival,   
   about a million years ago, and served on the board of directors for a   
   further season.  I always find it interesting to see what working   
   actors and directors (as opposed to academics) think about staging the   
   shows.  (Also I recently received a $100 Amazon gift card, so thanks   
   for helping me spend some of my money.  )
