   Florida has a ridiculous number of unique specialty plates, including   
   one for every school with more than a couple of hundred students, by   
   the look of it.  Probably raises a fair amount of money for the state   
   coffers, but I'd sure hate to be a cop around here - anywhere near the   
   Florida line in Georgia or Alabama.    Too damned many plates to   
   memorize!
