   Alabama (Huntsville, aka the Rocket City).  I don't know about other   
   states, but Alabama has all manner of "specialty" tags that you can pay   
   extra for (and then get personalized at no additional cost).  Any group   
   legally organized in the state that can get 1000 people to commit to a   
   tag can get one, and most of the extra money goes to the group.  The   
   Saturn V tag was introduced to help pay for the restoration and   
   preservation of the rocket here.
