   Definitely NOT blaming anyone. I'm posting via eternal-september (alas,   
   UseNet has been dying for a while now), so I don't know where the   
   problem lies, but my posts even in an established thread can take hours.   
   I've been using and managing UseNet stuff since the mid 80s...I know how   
   it works, and like I said, I'm not blaming anyone :) I was just   
   referencing the fact that I couldn't follow up that JMS confirmed it   
   since my thread hadn't come back to me...there is the time from getting   
   from the posting system to the moderation system, time to get moderated,   
   and time back to my server...it all adds up.

   P.S. since I rarely post here any more...the B5 Encyclopedia is still   
   alive and kicking at http://www.oinc.net/B5/Enc/, although I really   
   should spend some time rewriting the engine...
