   I love the idea of "none of the above". But, since "none of the above"    
   would probably always win, we would then have to foot the bill for a    
   special election and be insulted with more ads, etc.   
      
   I would favor a simple yes/no question that is added for the big    
   elections (president, governor, etc). Something along the lines of "Were    
   you happy with the choice of candidates for whatever office?".   
      
   Incumbents aren't necessarily idiots, they can also be brain dead.
